CPSFI is led by Mr Rajesh Tomar, graduate from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
He is also the Advisory Board Member, CPISRA. Mr Tomar has contributed to the field of sports and para sports extensively and thereby has a fabulous association with sports persons.

Having been a National athlete himself, he understands the need for sports and opportunities for an athlete. He switched to contributing for para sports in the last decade. He feels the need for contribution to developing para sports especially for the cerebral palsy athletes in India. He believes the lives of CP athletes can be changed by creating opportunities for them.
